Why it matters
With dozens of active WhatsApp conversations, it is hard to see which ones need a reply. Now you see it at a glance.
How it works
A teal dot appears on each manual chat where the last message came in within the past 24 hours and has not been answered. It disappears as soon as you reply, or when 24 hours have passed.
The dot on the avatar has not changed: green means the conversation is active, red means it is closed, and grey means the session is open but no conversation is active.
The indicator shows in both My Chats and All Chats, so the whole team sees the same thing.
